Creative Shepherds Sanctuary is a community-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing food, supplies, and support to local families, individuals, and animals in need. All donations and distributions are managed with care and discretion to ensure fairness and accessibility.

All monetary and physical donations are used and distributed at our discretion based on need, availability, and community priorities. Donors acknowledge that once a contribution is made—whether through money, goods, or services—it becomes the property of Creative Shepherds Sanctuary and will be allocated where it is most needed.

Donations are non-refundable, and we do not guarantee that specific items or funds will reach any particular person, family, or animal.

Recipients understand that items received through Creative Shepherds Sanctuary are gifts provided “as-is.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, condition, or suitability of donated goods (including food, clothing, or pet supplies).

By accepting assistance, recipients agree to hold Creative Shepherds Sanctuary, its volunteers, partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from use of the donated items or participation in our programs.

We are committed to kindness and respect. Individuals who falsify information, misuse or resell donated items, or behave in a threatening or abusive manner toward volunteers, staff, or other participants may be removed from current and future assistance programs.

Participation in any public event, pickup, or delivery is voluntary and at your own risk. Creative Shepherds Sanctuary is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of participation.

All text, images, and content on this site belong to Creative Shepherds Sanctuary and may not be used or reproduced without permission. We strive to provide accurate information but make no guarantees regarding completeness, reliability, or availability of content.
